I hold a weekly Vinyasa Flow in the heart of the surrey hills, near Haslemere.
It’s a calm and tranquil space to take time out to replenish through the practice of Vinyasa Flow to Restore.
I guide the class through a dynamic yet grounded flow, inviting students to explore their practice, giving options to progress and explore the asana further.
We finish the class with a Restorative where we hold each posture for a longer amount of time to dissolve away any tension, to fully relax. and replenish the nervous system.

Annalisa and Sarah From Yoga Hutch are delighted to share details of their next ‘Find Your Balance’ Yoga Retreat in beautiful Almeria, southern Spain.
'Find Your Balance' retreats gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in a week of yoga practice, to feel both revitalised and energised, and deeply rested and restored, whilst exploring beautiful parts of the world deepening connections.
Both healthy and indulgent, this is a chance to profoundly nourish yourself whilst immersing yourself in yoga practice. Almeria is Spain’s sunniest region and one of the least visited. Its proximity to North Africa means that the area is semi-desert, dry and dramatic, with imposing mountains and dazzling sea. It’s an amazing landscape of perfect half-moon bays, hidden coves, bizarre volcanic rock formations, and spectacular flora and fauna - a wonderful wild coastline. Our days will begin with meditation, followed by either an Astanga or vinyasa practice with Sarah or Annalisa.
After a delicious breakfast, your time is your own to relax by the pool, explore the local village, walk in the national park, or have a blissful massage/treatment. Lunch is served in the main house, and during the afternoon you have the choice of joining optional Astanga workshops with Sarah, or continuing to enjoy time to yourself. In the late afternoon we'll come together for a deeply relaxing classes, somatic movement therapy with Sarah and slow Hatha and Restorative yoga practices with Annalisa. A guided Yoga Nidra will be an integral part of each evening yoga session too. Dinner will be served every evening, all meals are fresh and healthy vegetarian buffet spreads.
The retreat venue is set on the edge of the fabulous Cato de Gata National Park, and offers stylish, bohemian accommodation divided between a large main house and 'cortijo' apartments; a large and airy yoga shala, and two natural swimming pools. The main house has two double en-suite bedrooms and four twin en-suites.
